    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Artist85,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve this issue, it is recommended that the PIXMA MX922 is reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; Please follow the steps below to uninstall the printer driver:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Double-click the Mac HD.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Double-click the Library folder.&amp;nbsp; The default behavior of Lion is to hide your user Library folder. To get to it Option-click the Go Menu in the Finder and choose Library.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Double-click the Printers folder.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Move the Canon folder to Trash.&amp;nbsp; Note: If you have any other Canon printers installed, they will need to be reinstalled as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Open the hard disk icon again and double-click the Library folder.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; Double-click the Receipts folder.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;7.&amp;nbsp; Move any files related to the PIXMA MX922 to the Trash.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please use the following steps to download the software for your unit from Canon's web site:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Visit Canon's website at:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Type PIXMA MX922 in the "Enter Your Model Name" box and click GO.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; On the Support page for your unit, click the 'Drivers &amp;amp; Software' link in the middle of the page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Under Recommended For You, please click on the MX920 series Mini Master Setup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; If you agree, please select the checkbox next to "I have read and agree to the terms of the Disclaimer and wish to continue with the download".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Download button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;7.&amp;nbsp; A File Download box should appear and the file will be saved automatically.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;8.&amp;nbsp; Once the download is complete, close all windows.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;9.&amp;nbsp; Double click [mms_-mac-mx920-1_0-mcd.dmg] to install your PIXMA MX922.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Files will extract, follow the prompts to complete installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once reinstalled, please attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My year sold MX922 is about a year old and no trouble until today.&amp;nbsp; I needed to change some cartridges, which I did.&amp;nbsp; They are are full but when I print the paper goes thru and sounds like it is printing but comes out blank.&amp;nbsp; I cleaned the heads and printed a test.&amp;nbsp; The 8 color bars and grid at top came out perfectly.&amp;nbsp; Why can't I all of a sudden not be able to print anything from my computer?&amp;nbsp; I have a Mac 10.7.5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
