      <description>&lt;P&gt;My operating system is MAC OS Ventura 13.2. &amp;nbsp;The following message pops up on my computer scan screen;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to the connection device (-21345). &amp;nbsp;The computer is hared wired I am &amp;nbsp;not using the WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please disconnect the USB cord connected to the printer and computer and then remove the printer and scanner driver from your computer. After you remove the printer, please restart your computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the restart, please click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mx920-mx922" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to open the support page for your printer. You will want to download and install the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;MX920 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver. 16.70.0.0&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;MX920 series Scanner Driver Ver.19.3.0a&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ICA Driver Ver. 5.0.0&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once all 3 are installed, reconnect the printer's USB cable and add the printer back onto your computer. Then open IJ Scan Utility and try to scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
