      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please open Devices and Printers on your Windows computer and remove the Canon printer listed. After the printer is removed, please restart your computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the restart, click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts9020" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; and select software and drivers. You will want to scroll down and select load more until you see&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;TS9000 series MP Drivers Ver.1.02&amp;nbsp;. You will want to download and install this file and then try to print once the install is complete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
