TS3120 E03 Error after disassembling printer

I have a Pixma TS3120, I had to open it to extract a foreign object that was blocking it, after reassembling it and closing it, I get error E03. I made sure that all the connectors are back in their place. I followed the first part of these instructions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-YpuL8_nIs until I lifted the top cover, then I was able to remove the object. Do you know what the problem could be?

Your printer would require service. If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
