PIXMA TR4722 Erroneously Says to Load Ink Cartridges

Attempted to download/set-up on two different laptops. Both the download script&printer keep repeating the "load ink cartridges" when you can only put them in one way. This isn't my first BBQ&if they installed correctly the lever wouldn't close all the way/right. Which I learned soon after we got the previous printer.

After it ask you to load the ink cartridge. Load them and press the Ok button. Press the Ok button for all the steps it asks you to complete for loading the cartridge.
