PIXMA TR8620a Prints are Unclear with Dull, Inaccurate Colors

I have a Pixma TR8620a that I use for edible p prints cannot get it to print a clear picture. I have cleaned the print head and did deep cleaning put in new ink and pictures will not print clear at all red comes out pink the rest of prints are dull and not vibrant at all. I don’t know what else to do. This is a fairly new machine not even 1yr old.

Hi,

Canon PIXMA model printers do not support the use of edible ink. They were designed to use Canon ink for printing.
