PIXMA G3501 Prints A5 instead of A4, Wireless Doesn't Work

My Canon G3501 delivers an A5 printout instead A4 sent in x2 to dealer and no change! Further the wireless does not work. Canon I need your help with this lightly used printer. Please let me know how I fix this thx
