      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cannot get printer to print PC shows "An error occurred while printing" on PC screen nothing showing on printer all looks fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toubleshooted no problems on printer test print worked .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had YAC&amp;nbsp; (yet another cleaner) installed by Microsoft but that was a month ago I have printed since then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it be a firewall problem? and if so should not the printer give me more information than an error occurred?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you can help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am guessing by your title "Suddenly..." that it worked OK before this current problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, did you make any system chnages?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
