    <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly printer printing only blank, &lt;U&gt;including&lt;/U&gt; from scan/copy, although data is there in Preview.&amp;nbsp; I have&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Checked with nozzle print check. Zero.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Did a deep clean&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Removed head and cleaned it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Carried out Factory reset&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Checked on updated firmware.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some time ago I had the 5100 Error but nothing recently.&amp;nbsp; Any other checks I have missed?&amp;nbsp;Is there a known software fault?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i have same situation, during printing session one page was printed ok, next one blank. Since then nothing helps (reset via power off, replaced inks, remove head and clean ink). Have you somehow fixed your issue ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
