&lt;P&gt;Try removing the app from your device and once it is removed, restart your Android. After the restart, reinstall the app and try to print again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, press the i button on your printer to print the network settings page. Once this page prints, please check the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Row&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;3-2-6: Does the SSID match the network your Android is connecting to.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Row&amp;nbsp;3-2-5: Is connection active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Row&amp;nbsp;3-2-1: What is listed for signal strength?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Row&amp;nbsp;3-2-12: Does the IP address start with a 192 or 10?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot get my printer to work. When I first purchased it I got it setup and it worked but now it's won't work. Getting an error sign at the top.of my android phone that looks like a stop sign and it says says printer error but not error code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
