Please be advised that if the printer was connected to your WiFi, you would need to reconnect it again after the reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>MG7720 Firmware update - Printhead now not recognized</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So there was a firmware update that was just released for this printer.&amp;nbsp; After doing the update I now get an error Printhead not recognized.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It was printing just fine up until I did the update. After the update it seems to have now bricked my printer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How can I downgrade the firmware to see if I can get it to print again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ryan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly the same problem, printer has been nagging me for a month, now it doesnt work even though it was working perfectly prior to the firmware upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
