      <description>&lt;P&gt;Replaced ink cartridge for both color and black.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The black light is still on.&amp;nbsp; The printer working, but the light does not go off.&amp;nbsp; What is happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the ink is printing correctly, it could be a glitch.&amp;nbsp;I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also try holding down the stop button on the printer for 5 seconds&amp;nbsp; to see if that would clear it as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
