    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a TR4720 printer. I recently in stalled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;new, genuine Canon ink cartridges, but I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;am getting an error code 1485.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to perform a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer and let it sit for 60 seconds. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. I could not work it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are there any other solutions out there other?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If possible, can you open the printer and take a picture of the ink cartridges installed. If the ink carriage wont move, you can unplug the power cord to the printer and then try to move the ink carriage to the middle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
