PIXMA G2260 Won't Print

Canon G2060 Bought and registered 11/11/22

My printer will not print, on a mac Ventura OS and the error is listed as "other" how can I fix this? I tried to print from MS word and from a Adobe PDF Any help would be appreciated

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using as Canon USA doesn't offer a printer with the model number that you mentioned. It would also help us to know whether your printer and your computer talk to each other via a USB cable or Wi-Fi. The print dialog says connected to printer but also has an "other" error and the printing dialog just goes back and forth and nothing happens at the printer

Is the printer connected via wireless or usb? If connected via wireless, do you have the Canon print inkjet app installed on a smart phone? If so can you print via the app?

The reason I ask is to help narrow down if the issue is with the printer or something happening on the computer.
