PIXMA MG3620 Error Lamp Flashing 3 Times

Hello The error lamp on my mg3620 is flashing 3 times. I checked for paper jams but there are none. I have restarted the printer a number of times with no sucess.

Since there is no paper jam and the restart did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
