MB2120 prints a PDF as a blank page

I have a brand new MB2120 inkjet printer. It was set up using wifi via router. From my desktop computer, I can print a plain text Word document. But when I try to print a page from a PDF that contains a color map, the printer just feeds through a blank page without even acting like it is printing. No error is issued on the printer or the computer.

Hi,

Is the issue only happening with PDF's? If you were to take a plain text document and change the text to color, does it print? Or are you able to print regular photos from your computer?

Hi,

Sorry, I ended up connecting the printer to USB and now it seems to be fine. At some point we will need to print to it via wifi, I guess we will cross that bridge when we come to it. It is unfortunate that wireless printing always seems to be a source of aggravation...it should just work. So I cannot mark this as solved.
