      <description>&lt;P&gt;my printer was working BUT now when I try to print from my PC, I receive a message stating that the printer is not responding.&amp;nbsp; I recently changed Internet providers.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if that has anything to do with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since you changed internet providers, you will need to reconnect the printer to your network. Please use the steps &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART117459" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to get the printer reconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
