Selph CP910 paper jams ALWAYS HELP PLEASE

Hi, I have a Selphy CP910. Just set it up successfully, HOWEVER....I keep getting PAPER JAM ERROR. I put in only 5 sheets of photo paper and a brand new ink cart, but it looks and sounds like its gonna print, but EVERY TIME Paper Jam comes on LED screen. The paper tray is inserted the ONLY way it can be. Even though not even ONE pic has printed, I had to change the ink cart already. Help, I don't get it and of course tech support is closed. Wanted to take this with on Vacation tomorrow. Can anyone please advise What The Heck this probem could be? Thanx
