PIXMA G7020 Spotty Ink Coverage and White Horizontal Lines

My printer: PIXMA G7020

After re-filling the ink reservoirs, I am getting printed results as if there was no ink in some of the tanks, especially black. Also, I'm getting white horizontal lines. How can I correct this?
