    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received and set up the Pixma G7020 through an ethernet connection.&amp;nbsp; Printing works well, but scanning doesn't work at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Background:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Prior to setup, I uninstalled all Canon software and drivers for two previous Canon printers&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Installed drivers per the instructions using an ethernet connection and the installation completed successfully&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Successfully printed in color and black/white&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Successfully copied from the ADF (so the issue is not the ability of the printer to scan a document)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When I attempted to scan through my Neat application (&lt;A href="http://www.neat.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.neat.com&lt;/A&gt;), it locates the scanner, but doesn't think there is any paper loaded into the ADF (there is)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When I try to scan through Windows Fax and Scan, the scanner does not show up as an option&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and the outcome is the same.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thank you in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another wrinkle - I was able to scan from the Canon IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; But still not able to scan from Neat or from Windows Fax and Scan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
