It has been trouble free until I tried to print and it said "no paper" which was correct. I added paper to the tray, and it then started with the Error Code Paper Jam problem. I have shaken it, opened it top and back multiple times, turned the gear at the left of the roller, left it off for a couple hours and plugged it back in.
