    <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of the blue, my printer will not print any semblance of text - no PDFs, nothing. Prints images absolutely fine, no issues. I have done deep cleanings, pulled the print head and cleaned it, got all new ink cartridges - did a full factory reset as well. No help. I don't get any error messages on the printer screen or anything I try to print from (phone, computer) so I'm at a loss. Waiting to talk to customer support but looking to see if anyone has any insight before I put this thing in the garbage and buy something new.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
