PIXMA TR4720 Printing is blurry

I have a TR4720. When printing, the copy comes out blurry. Sometimes lines are missing. I've done the cleaning process and printed a test page which comes out fine, but then when I print from Word the printed copy comes out blurry.

Hi,

Try cleaning the encoder strip inside your printer by using the steps HERE.
