      <title>Canon MX492 sounds like it's printing, put the page comes out blank</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden my MX492 has decided to take a vacation.&amp;nbsp; While it pretends to be working, it just prints out a blank page.&amp;nbsp; This is for the copy function as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged, rebooted and replugged.&amp;nbsp; I have cleaned the printer head (nothing printed at all - black or color), I have realigned the printer head (nothing printed at all), I have uninstalled and reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; Still nothing.&amp;nbsp; And my printer cartridges are over 1/2 full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes, I have searched for this exact same issue and all the links to firmware updates send to an outdated page ~ not too helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much, Lori&lt;/P&gt;</description>
