topic PIXMA TR8620 Support Code 2801 When I Fax in Desktop Inkjet Printers

<P>So I get a 2801 support code when I fax. I have a TR8620 and I have talked to support about, and they sent the same machine too me to exchange. After a couple faces went through successfully, now the same code is coming up again. There is no paper jam, no dust, no pieces of paper. Anyone else had this problem and what or how did you fix it?</P>
