Hi,

When you installed the printer, a scan program called IJ Scan Utility should have installed as well. This program will be located in the Canon Utilities folder on your computer.

When you open IJ Scan Utility, make sure the printer is listed as TR4700 series Network and and try to scan using our scanning program.

If the printer was installed previously and then you updated to Windows 11, you may need to remove and reinstall the printer driver from the Canon website.

Please let us know if you were able to locate IJ scan Utility and if you were able to scan using that.

We look forward to your reply.
