That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and&amp;nbsp;reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer.       <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hello,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have installed the drivers for my canon pixma mp495 printer in winsows 11.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I can print, but I can't scan.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Is there a solution for this problem?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
