PIXMA MG3520 Keeps saying it is out of paper, Error Code 1003

The printer keeps giving me error code 1003, but paper is loaded correctly, and even going through the reset process it just won't print, and gets stuck in the que. I can however print a Test Page, but nothing else.

Tried cleaning the rollers, but did not help

Hi,

Are you able to make a copy directly from the printer itself? If so, this will help narrow down if this is a hardware or software issue causing the error.

No, the paper will not leave the feeder tray at the bottom, so there's nothing to print on.
