    <description>&lt;P&gt;My system has not had any updates nor are there any updates to be installed. Nothing was changed on the computer. The paint program does not show a Scan option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried syncing the Wi-Fi connection on the printer but it’s not syncing with the cord. It says it’s not detecting my computer. I do not have WPS on my router. I would not be able to scan wirelessly so I have to use a cord.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Error Code: 5 156 29&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received this code after trying to scan in a document to my computer. The firewalls were disabled, the cord was plugged in, power was working, and MSN does not exist on my computer. I use Windows 10. There is nothing wrong with my cord because it works on another printer perfectly fine. Why am I receiving this error if there is nothing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Has anything changed on your computer? If you were able to scan before, did you notice any updates or did you upgrade your operating system?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you open Windows paint and click the file option and scroll down, do you see a scan option?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
