    <description>&lt;P&gt;You could call&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Canon Parts Order Desk at&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(866) 481-2569.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know if it is user replaceable or even available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reality with lower priced printers - this one looks like $100 - is that repair is rarely cost effective.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A new printer includes new ink, so the cost of a set of ink would need to be added to the repair cost, or even the part cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broken tray on PIXMA TR4720</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there! The paper tray snapped off of my printer (thanks to my toddler) and now the printer won't print. you can see the area where it attaches to the printer unit is broken on either side. I am getting Error Code 5100. Can I buy a replacement paper tray to resolve the issue, or should I purchase a new unit?
