TS9521C Will not print in Draft Mode on Mac

I purchased a Mac mini a little over a month ago. I often used Draft Mode on my Windows computer but printing on my new Mac computer does not give me that option. What can I do to change this?

I have Mac OS Ventura version 13.3.1. The chip is Apple M2Pro. This isn't a time sensitive issue.

I'm a new Mac user-2 months-so I'm still learning how to do a lot of things that are different from Windows!
