    <description>&lt;P&gt;Model TR7020a .&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Less than year old, not much use.&amp;nbsp; I get an error code 1300 which means a paper jam, but there is no paper jam in the printer.&amp;nbsp; If you have any suggestions, or the tel # for Canon tech service (I tried a couple and getting the crooks who want you to pay them, turns out they are not Cannon company.)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Tnx&amp;nbsp; so much,&amp;nbsp; Steve&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options.
