Canon Selphy cp810 battery issue

Hello,

i dont know if this is the right forum or if anyone came across this issue but i have a canon selphy cp810 connected to AC power and it keeps telling me "low battery".

Thing is, i cant print anything because when i try to, i always get the message "low battery connect charger".

Anyway is able to help me with this?
