&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to scan directly from the printer, then on your computer please try to use the IJ Scan Utility software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the software is not installed, please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS you are running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
