My TR8622 was working and printing fine yesterday. This morning we had a minor power outage and I tried to print this evening and as soon as I turned it on it displayed Support code 6800. I followed the instructions to turn it off, and then unplug it, then turn it back on and it continues to display this code the instruction message. It's not even a year old. Any suggestions? If I have to service it, how do I find a service center in my area? Thank you.

One other thing to try - unplug from outlet and cycle the power button a few times. It sometimes works by draining stored charge.

If that doesn't work (printer damaged by power surge) it may not be cost effective to repair it.
