      <title>My ix6820 is leaving smudges after cleaning/allignment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After getting a jam from tyvek paper, I am now experiencing black smudges along both side of the paper.The smudges are regularly spaced. I also get a smudgewhen I run print head alignment on the PGBK bars, but not the grid. Tried all cleaning available under maintenance and running tons of paper through just in case that would clean it. What can I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
