Is it possible to print 8.5x11 Photot Paper Plus Glossy II with OS X 10.9.5? I have not been able to print. I keep getting an error.

I get Support Code 4102 The media type and paper type arenot set correctly

I tried the Cusom Size setting as the manual suggested but I get the same error.

Is there an online manual for this printer and location?
