    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated both printer and laptop cuz they both said I had to. Now cannot print due to printer error with NO CODE.&amp;nbsp; I tried to unistall and reinstall, but get an error for that too.&amp;nbsp; I checked to see that I was on same wireless and was not (laptop on 5G, printer on 2.4G) Printer does not have 5G capabilities?&amp;nbsp; Not sure?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Put both on same wireless (2.4) and still cannot download drivers and of course can't print. Tried phone as well (both printer and phone on 2.4G), and would not connect.&amp;nbsp; Not software savvy beyond what I tried above.&amp;nbsp; Searched for specific topics and unable to find anything applicable. Help?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reloading the software fixes the problem.&amp;nbsp; But, why does my Windows 11 laptop keep showing the error code every month or so?&amp;nbsp; The TR8620a is connected with a USB cable.&amp;nbsp; Rebooting PC and printer doesn't fix it.&amp;nbsp; The printer does get disconnected when I take the computer someplace else leaving the printer powered on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
