PIXMA TS9521C Smudge

I'm trying to print on envelopes, i just printed on the flap -95 of them with no problem,

now I'm trying to print on the front and its making this smudge, I did a deep cleaning and that didn't work.

any suggestions?

Deep cleaning is for the print head. Try bottom plate cleaning.
