      <title>TR8620a Printer - Scanner problem.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp; My Canon Ink Jet TR8620a printer is not even a month old and there is a problem with the scanner.&amp;nbsp; It worked fine until about a week ago.&amp;nbsp; Here's an attached photo of the problem.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="TEST SCAN Vertical fading.jpg" style="width: 772px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40169i8105ACD7F6A1FDFA/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="TEST SCAN Vertical fading.jpg" alt="TEST SCAN Vertical fading.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can see there are several areas where the scanner does not properly scan.&amp;nbsp; I've tried scanning with numerous documents and they all have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question:&amp;nbsp; Anyone know of a fix?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks for any assistance you can offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
