PIXMA MX922 Wavy lines on printer

I have a Canon MX922 printer and it prints a single vertical line like a line that splits into 2 lines that gets further apart as it moves down, and then returns to join back together. I have attached a photo from the image I get when doing a head clean. I appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction. I think I've tried everything. Thanks

You can try cleaning the encoder strip inside the printer. Please click HERE for the steps.
