Canon Pixma TS3522

Support code 1300

Error E03

A very very small foreign object fell inside the printer where the paper goes and for the life of me I cannot find it. I've took off the paper input tray and tried to find it with a pair of tweezers but to no avail.

I know for a fact something small fell in it because I seen it when it happened, however, I forgot about it, and tried to print something about 2 weeks later and got paper jam error.

I've looked up solutions a bunch of times, and I don't wanna disassemble the printer to the point of where I break it completely or can't get it back together.

There's gotta be a solution I can do at home because Canons support is nonexistent and I'm not gonna wait 2 years for a in person tech rep to take his sweet time just to tell me to buy a new printer.

This is ridicolous!!!

Hello,

Welcome to the Canon Community!

You'll find the official troubleshooting for this support code HERE.

If you've done that and you can't resolve the support code, you will need to contact support for any available next steps. To start that process, log in or create your Canon Account at https://canon.us/account, register the printer, and follow the prompts for support.

Greetings ,

Support code 1300 is a paper jam error. This threads starter dropped something in their printer which resulted in some type of malfunction or jam. Whatever it was, it would need to be removed.

@christyhavkney3

A misfeed or paper jam has to be removed gently from the printer. In some instances, a small corner or edge of a page can sometimes tear and remain lodged inside the printer. A flashlight is often helpful when looking for this. The printer also has sensors to detect jams and if you forcefully remove paper which is stuck the sensor can become misaligned or damaged. There's no way for us to give a definitive answer based on this type of code over the Internet. I recommend you open your printer and inspect the inside closely for a corner tear or stuck piece of paper. If you're unable to find it, it's best to contact Canon support
