&lt;P&gt;If this does not resolve the issue and the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://canon.us/account" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Canon Pixma MG2500 series   not printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma printer does not print any document. The paper comes out blank, though I hear it as if its was printing. &amp;nbsp;The test page comes out incomplete. &amp;nbsp;I have gone through the manual, did all the things that were suggested by online support, yet it does NOT print. I just changed the black cartridge. &amp;nbsp;When I tried to print the document using the color ink, it comes out but very very faint, in black. &amp;nbsp;Not clear at all. &amp;nbsp;HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no error message that comes up. It seems that it has happened in the past and there was a simple solution, but I have forgotten it. &amp;nbsp;I'm thinking that someone had a similar problem and it was an easy fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
