    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's just emails.&amp;nbsp; If I look at the email in my browser it prints fine. I've attached the document. As you can see the blue highlights shows on the original email however when I go to print it doesn't appear.       <title>TS6420 stopped printing background</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a TS6420 &amp;amp; backgrounds have stopped printing on my Macbook Pro running Ventura OS.&amp;nbsp; I have cleaned the printer heads &amp;amp; nozzle, changed toners, rebooted, removed &amp;amp; reinstalled the printer.&amp;nbsp; Backgrounds still not printing.&amp;nbsp; I'm at a loss.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
