Do you see any error messages?
Which version of Windows or macOS?

The model # is TR 8622a. No error messages. By changing file type to tiff, I was able to scan all pages. Sorry, I am new at this. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

Using the tif format, I did notice that when I tried to email the file, it took a really long time to load. When I tried pdf, if loaded quickly but only one page showed. Any thoughts?

Are you scanning directly from the printer or scanning from IJ Scan Utility on the computer? Also, what version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running.
