      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I contact a human being at Canon Tech Support?&amp;nbsp; I just purchased a new printer and cannot set it up because I get an error message during setup.&amp;nbsp; Message says to check my network connection -- which is great -- so it can access Canon driver info.&amp;nbsp; Canon makes it so difficult to get help from them.&amp;nbsp; Please send advice!&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but that's where I was when I got the error message about not being able to get the printer driver info and to check my internet connection.&amp;nbsp; I later downloaded the printer drivers from the Canon website and I still got the error message.&amp;nbsp; It might be a problem with my computer, have no idea.&amp;nbsp; Do you know how I can contact Canon Tech Support directly?&amp;nbsp; Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
