Error message when setting up PIXMA TR8620a

How do I contact a human being at Canon Tech Support? I just purchased a new printer and cannot set it up because I get an error message during setup. Message says to check my network connection -- which is great -- so it can access Canon driver info. Canon makes it so difficult to get help from them. Please send advice! Thank you.

Thanks but that's where I was when I got the error message about not being able to get the printer driver info and to check my internet connection. I later downloaded the printer drivers from the Canon website and I still got the error message. It might be a problem with my computer, have no idea. Do you know how I can contact Canon Tech Support directly? Thanks again.
