Hi,

The G7000 does not have a driver for MacOS, because it uses your computers built in printer driver. Just to confirm, have you performed a nozzle check on the printer? If not, please click HERE for the steps.

In step 5, there is a link that you can use to compare your nozzle check to our sample.

We look forward to hearing from you.

I have the same problem with my Pixma G7000 series printer. I get red-colored text that is supposed to be black. But I could not find a driver for that printer for Mac OS 13.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

CJ
