Pixma MG6140 - reset key combination (hard / factory reset / clear cache)

Hi there!

Since I have problems with Magenta colour within my Canon Pixma MG6140, could someone advise the key combination to reset the printer to the factory settings please?

I've watched a number of videos in youtube as well as read some tips over the web where people state that making the hard reset (some call it as: clearing printer cache, waste ink absorber cache) of the printer usually help.

As for me, I've already managed to clean the printer head and to recover the colours my printer did not print earlier like yellow and blue.

The only problem left - magenta color.

Please be so kind to assist within my case. Big thanks in advance!
