Canon i560 How do I perform a deep head cleaning?

Black won't print. I've inserted a new black tank, checked the nozzle pattern and print head cleaning. Black still won't print. Might a deep head cleaning help? If so, how do I do that?

I need to print boarding passes tomorrow!
