I started the initial setup. I have placed the new ink cartridges (the ones that were sent with the machine) in the correct spot and when I close the lid it says "lid closed" then "please install ink cartridges." I have restarted the printer at least 10x and pulled out the cartridges and replaced them. I have also tried to set it up with my internet through the app and the app just keeps looking for wireless printers.
